Flexible Payment Arrangements
Whenever possible, we offer flexible payment extensions to customers who qualify.
Share
Share is a TECO program that provides utility bill assistance to qualifying customers. Share is administered by the Salvation Army and the Catholic Charities Diocese of St. Petersburg.
Budget Billing
Our Budget Billing program takes the seasonal highs and lows out of your energy bill, providing you with a predictable monthly payment.
Due Date Plus
Due Date Plus is a free program designed for active residential customers who are on a fixed income or whose Social Security, retirement, disability or other checks may be received on a date that does not always coincide with the due date of their current bill.
Prime Time Plus
Our Prime Time Plus program is a free and easy way to earn credits on your electric bill, saving you money each month.
Energy-Saving Programs
We offer dozens of programs that can help you save energy and money - from monthly bill credits to time-of-use rates and rebates.
LIHEAP
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) assists low income households in meeting immediate home energy needs. Learn more about eligibility requirements or find your local service center.
EHEAP
The Emergency Home Energy Assistance for the Elderly Program (EHEAP) assists low-income households, with at least one person age 60 and older, when the households are experiencing a home energy crisis.
